Elvish was produced before a local court on Sunday afternoon in the snake venom case, where he was sentenced to 14 days in jail. Jail Superintendent Arun Pratap Singh said he was served halwa, puri, and vegetables inside the jail for dinner and was also given three blankets for his use as per the rules.

Currently, Elvish is reportedly kept in the quarantine barrack and will soon be moved to the normal barrack. Meanwhile, if reports are to be believed, Elvish was denying the allegations against him in the snake venom case. Now he has confessed to supplying it at rave parties.

After 135 days, as soon as the code of conduct was imposed, the police caught Elvish. After Elvish's name cropped up in the supply of snake venom, the case became high profile and was in the headlines. The police had sent him a notice in November.
