During the police investigation, Elvish Yadav admitted that he was in contact with some people. Police also showed the location and CDR of Elvish. Also, during interrogation, Elvish agreed to the matter of snake and poison. Elvish got entangled in the police's questions. Noida Police has imposed 29 NDPS Act. In this case, the accused has the possibility of a minimum sentence of 20 years. Bail is not easily available under this Act. Details of the party held in the farmhouse were also shown.

 

14 days judicial custody to elvish

Bigg Boss winner and famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav was sent to judicial custody for 14 days in the case of supplying snake venom at a rave party. Noida Police team had called Elvish Yadav for questioning on Sunday. After interrogation, he was arrested. The Noida Police team presented him in Surajpur Court to present him in the court, where after the hearing, Elvish Yadav was sent to Greater Noida Jail.

 

People's Institute for Animals had filed a case against six people including Elvish Yadav in Kotwali Sector-49 for supplying snake venom. After this, the police arrested four snake charmers and one other in this case. Now the police have arrested Elvish Yadav in this case. Now Kotwali Sector-20 police are investigating this matter. ADCP of Noida Zone Manish Kumar Mishra said that the police had arrested Elvish Yadav and he was produced in the District and Sessions Court Surajpur, Greater Noida. After the hearing, the court sent Elvish Yadav to judicial custody for 14 days.

 

NDPS sections increased, provision of punishment up to 20 years

Kotwali Sector-20 police have increased several sections under the NDPS Act against Elvish on charges of supplying snake venom and doing poison business. These include NDPS sections 8, 20, 27, 27A, 29, 30, 32. Under these, if Elvish is found guilty, he can face a punishment of up to 20 years. A fine can also be imposed on him. The NDPS clauses may trouble Elvish the most. In the case of Sushant Singh Rajput also, the same section was imposed on the accused.

 

Elvish had given an open challenge to the police on social media

Elvish Yadav, accused in the case of supplying snake venom at a rave party, had openly challenged the police after the forensic report came positive. While releasing the video he had said to prove that I was in the rave party. After this, the police investigation gained momentum. According to police, Elvish had released a 13-minute 34-second video on YouTube in February. In this, eight to ten people were sitting together in the room. Elvish was speaking about supplying snake poison at the rave party.
