Lockdown
Randeep Guleria said about the lockdown that many states have taken steps at their level. Lockdown only means do not let people meet. So that the corona chain can be broken. Lockdown should be imposed for two weeks in areas where the positivity rate is high. Beds have fallen short in hospitals. Lockdown requires strictness. If the movement of people continues then it makes no sense. With the speed with which cases are coming, any health care system will become weak in dealing with it.
How effective the vaccine is
Regarding the efficiency of the corona vaccine, he said that some such cases are coming in which people have suffered even after taking the corona vaccine. This is also revealed in the trial. We believe that after taking the vaccine, antibodies will be made in 80 percent of the people. It is not 100 percent effective. People need to be cautious even after taking the vaccine.
