Gujarat Titans' journey in IPL 2024 has ended. Rain in Gujarat's home ground itself has dashed the hopes of Shubman Gill's army. The match played between Gujarat and Kolkata Knight Riders at Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium was washed out due to rain. Due to this match being inconclusive, Gujarat is now completely out of the race for the last four.

Gujarat Titans' journey in IPL 2024 has ended. To reach the playoffs, Gujarat had to win against Kolkata Knight Riders at any cost. However, due to continuous rain in Ahmedabad, the match ended without the coin toss being tossed. Gujarat has become the second team to be eliminated from the 17th season of the Indian Premier League. Gujarat, which had reached the finals in the last two seasons, failed to reach the playoffs for the first time.

Gujarat has played 13 matches so far this season and the team has only 11 points in total. Gujarat now has to play only one match this season and even after winning that match, Shubman Gill's army will be able to reach only 13 points. Kolkata Knight Riders, Rajasthan Royals, Chennai Super Kings, and Sunrisers Hyderabad already have 14 points.

KKR will play the first qualifier

After the cancellation of the match against Gujarat Titans, Kolkata Knight Riders now have 19 points. With this, KKR has confirmed its place in the first qualifier. However, we will have to wait to know which team KKR will face in the first qualifier.
