During this, the housekeeping department wrote a letter to the actress and encouraged her.

Hina Khan has shared a picture on Instagram, in which she is seen on a hospital bed and has a letter in her hand. It is written on it, \'Dear Hina Khan, I know this surgery has been very painful for you, but I am happy that you are on the way to complete recovery. You are recovering\'.
