Hina keeps telling her fans about her health through social media posts. The actress has informed through an Instagram post that she has undergone surgery. During this, the housekeeping department wrote a letter to the actress and encouraged her.

 

Hina Khan\'s fans are upset to see her in pain. Everyone is praying for her. Now that she has undergone surgery, the hospital staff is also busy giving her courage. Hina Khan has shared a picture on Instagram, in which she is seen on a hospital bed and has a letter in her hand. It is written on it, \'Dear Hina Khan, I know this surgery has been very painful for you, but I am happy that you are on the way to complete recovery. You are recovering\'.

 

Apart from this, it is written, \'Get well soon. Prayers for you, hope you feel better soon, get well soon\'. Hina Khan has written in this letter, \'Love and love, it makes me feel better. I got this letter from the housekeeping department\'.
