Rohit Sharma won most T20I matches as Indian Captain: The second match of the three-match T20I series between India and Afghanistan was played at Holkar Stadium, Indore. In this match, Shubman Gill and Tilak Verma were shown the way out.

Before this, MS Dhoni played a total of 72 T20 matches as the Indian captain, out of which he has won 41 and had to face defeat in 28. Apart from this, Virat Kohli at number three has played 50 matches and had to win 30 and lose 16.

 

Became the player who played most T20 matches

With this, Rohit has become the captain who has won the most 12 T20 series as captain. With this, Rohit has also become the first player to play a maximum of 150 matches in world cricket. However, Rohit could not do anything special with the bat in this match and returned to the pavilion after getting out on 0.
