Any written or oral communication in violation of the rules mentioned above is not legally valid. Therefore, action cannot be taken on it.
The General Administration Department sought the convenience of the Chief Minister of Delhi for his availability for the Independence Day celebrations. However, the Chief Minister's Office has indicated his unavailability due to being in judicial custody. Therefore, the issue was brought to the notice of higher officials.
