He said that in the festival season, corona cases have increased in Kerala, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Delhi. A record 4853 new patients were found in Delhi on Tuesday. So far, this figure is the highest for patients found in a day. Bhargava said that at this time everyone has to be vigilant. Covid-19 rules have to be followed for rescue. During this period, officers of the Ministry of Health and members of NITI Aayog were also present.
Strict lockdown will continue in Containment Zone
Meanwhile, the last week of October is going on and people were waiting for a new unlock guide. The Center clarified the situation on Tuesday and said that the guideline issued under Unlock-5 till October 31 will now be applicable till November 30.

For 7 consecutive days, the rate of infection is less than 5%. More than 9 lakh people were screened on Monday. Of these, 3.75% of people were found infected.
Rapid decline in active case continues
There is a rapid decline in the number of active cases of corona in the country, ie, patients undergoing treatment. It decreased by 28 thousand 132 on Monday. This is the second-largest decline ever. Earlier on September 21, the maximum number of 28 thousand 653 active cases was reduced.
So far 79 lakh 88 thousand 349 people have been found infected in the country. Of these, 72 lakh 56 thousand 588 people have been cured, while 6 lakh 10 thousand 354 patients are still being treated. So far, 1 lakh 20 thousand 34 patients have died due to infection.
Corona updates
Pollution in Delhi and the negligence of the people in the festival season has started showing results. A record of 4,853 new patients were found in the state on Tuesday. So far, this figure is the highest for patients found in a day. 2722 people were recovered and 44 patients died.

India tops the five most infected countries in the world in terms of recovery. The recovery rate in India is more than 90%. Meaning 90 people are getting cured in every 100 patients. Brazil ranks second in terms of better recovery. The recovery rate here is 89.65% and Russia's 74.84%. The worst condition is in France. So far, only 9.69% of patients have been able to recover.

Within the last 24 hours, 514 new patients were found in the state, 1010 people recovered and 8 infected people died. So far, 1 lakh 68 thousand 483 people have been found infected here. Of these, 2898 patients have died. 1 lakh 55 thousand 232 people have been cured so far, while 10 thousand 353 patients are still undergoing treatment.
2. Rajasthan
In the last 24 hours, 1796 new patients were found, 2066 people recovered and 14 patients died. So far 1 lakh 89 thousand 844 people have been found infected. Of these, 15 thousand 949 infected people are still being treated, while 1 lakh 72 thousand 28 people have been cured. So far 1867 people have died due to infection.
3. Bihar
On Tuesday, 678 people were found infected in the state. 9073 people recovered and 7 patients died. So far, 2 lakh 13 thousand 383 people have been infected. Of these, 2 lakh 3 thousand 244 people have been cured. So far 1065 people have died due to infection.
4. Maharashtra
On Tuesday, 5363 new patients were found in the state, 7836 people recovered and 115 patients died. So far, 16 lakh 54 thousand 28 people have been infected. Of these, 1 lakh 31 thousand 544 patients are currently being treated, while 14 lakh 78 thousand 496 people have been cured. So far 43 thousand 463 patients have died due to infection.
5. Uttar Pradesh
On Tuesday, 1986 new patients received 2335 people in the state and 38 patients died. So far, 4 lakh 74 thousand 54 people have been found infected. Of these, 26 thousand 267 patients are being treated, while 4 lakh 40 thousand 847 people have been cured. Corona has so far claimed 6940 lives in the state.
