CSK has shared a video on Twitter, in which fans are sharing their thoughts about Dhoni (MS Dhoni). A fan said that we are waiting for Dhoni here. I just want to see them adjust their gloves and cheer them on. The whole world may cheer Dhoni, but for the people of Chennai, he is our Thala. Apart from this, another user said that seeing Dhoni means we have seen God.

In IPL 2023, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) defeated Gujarat Titans (GT) by 5 wickets in the final via Duckworth-Lewis rule and won the IPL title for the fifth time. In such a situation, this time also Dhoni will take the field with the intention of making CSK win the title under his captaincy. The first match of IPL 2024 will be held between CSK and RCB (CSK vs RCB) at M Chidambaram Stadium.
