LJP Foundation Day: Chirag Paswan targets BJP without naming, LJP wins one seat without star campaigners

Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) chief Chirag Paswan said without naming the BJP on Saturday that in the recent assembly elections in Bihar, our party has won one seat without any alliance and star campaigners. The LJP received 24 lakh votes and 6 per cent of the votes, indicating the expansion of the party. On the occasion of LJP's foundation day, Chirag Paswan said these things by writing a letter.

Chirag Paswan has written in the letter that Papa (Ram Vilas Paswan) is no longer among us, causing irreparable damage to all of us. The party alone received 24 lakh votes and nearly 6 percent of the votes in the Bihar Assembly elections, which the LJP's Clear detail shows. In Bihar, the party did not enter into an agreement with Bihar 1st Bihari 1st.

The letter further states that before going to the Bihar Assembly elections, the party had two options - first, despite having six Lok Sabha and one Rajya Sabha MP from Bihar, the alliance contested only 15 seats being given by the alliance. Second, fight friendly on most seats. The LJP Parliamentary Board select another route and in the Bihar Assembly elections, the party fielded 135 candidates with the Bihar First Bihari First Resolution alone.

Chirag further wrote that the LJP contested the 2015 assembly elections in alliance with the alliance, in which the party won only 2 seats. I am proud that the party has built a strong support base by fighting elections under its flag alone. Our fight is not to rule Bihar, but to make Bihar better and dance on the party, for which the party itself select the path of struggle.

It is further written in the letter that the party had set a target of one crore membership campaign up to the booth level and that 50 lakh members alone were to be created in Bihar, which all contributed to the completion and the result of this is that the party has not formed a coalition star In Bihar on its own, it got 24 lakh votes. In these elections, most of the activists had strengthened the party to contest the elections on the symbol of LJP, that is why the enthusiasm of the workers in the election meetings was worth seeing. Today I can say with certainty that 24 lakh people in Bihar are holding the torch of Papa's established party firmly.

Chirag further wrote that the founder of the party, the venerable Ram Vilas Paswan, had entrusted me with the responsibility of the national president of the party last year. At the same time, on the occasion of the party's foundation day, he had a dream to strengthen the party. Papa always wanted the party to contest elections on its own without any alliance so that the foundation of the party could be strengthened. In the 2020 election it proved that LJP has a strong support base, which will take the party to new heights in the coming election. Today will have to be mobilized with strength and hard work to achieve the goal. Defeat and victory in the election is in its place. In Bihar this time, the party's reach has reached all the districts and votes have increased in every seat. Which shows that the base of our party is stronger than before.

The party's Bihar First Bihari First Vision document has been strongly appreciated. Therefore, there is no reason that prevents us from reaching our goal in future. Everyone will have to prepare with more hard work and dedication to achieve the goal. The next elections to the Bihar Legislative Assembly may be held before 2025. All of us should start preparing for the 243 assembly constituency so that the party can keep its vision for all 243 seats Bihar. All of us will achieve the stated goal of Bihar First Bihari First with the blessings of Lajpai Party founder Venerable Ram Vilas Paswan ji.
