Before the results of the Maharashtra assembly elections are out, many exit polls have given indications about the next government. Many polls have been released to find out which party will prevail over whom in this election battle. But in this news, we will tell who among Congress, BJP, and other parties is estimated to get how many seats. From these figures in the exit polls, it will be clear which party the public supported and who is the real contender for power in Maharashtra.

There are a few days left for the results of the Maharashtra assembly elections to come, but People's Poll has presented a picture by releasing party-wise estimates, from which the mode of the electoral battle in the state can be guessed. According to this poll, if the alliance is kept aside, then BJP will emerge as the largest party in this election, while a close contest is seen between Congress, NCP, and Shiv Sena.

BJP leads, Congress challenged

According to the People's Poll, the BJP is expected to get 113 seats in Maharashtra. That is, the BJP alone cannot touch the majority figure, but this is a very strong position for BJP. BJP's ally Shiv Sena is expected to get 52 seats. At the same time, Ajit Pawar's NCP is seen getting 17 seats. On the other hand, Congress is expected to get 35 seats. The Congress party contested the elections under the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance, but this time its position seems to be weakening compared to BJP. Congress may face a big challenge in competing with the BJP.

Role of Shiv Sena and NCP

Shiv Sena (Uddhav faction) can get around 27 seats. Shiv Sena was the main ally of the BJP in the last elections, but now the party plans to go on a different path from its stance, which has affected its electoral performance. The party led by NCP (Sharad Pawar) can get 35 seats.
