Motorola Launches Edge 70 Plus, Watch Ultra and Swarovski Razr at IFA 2026

Motorola has expanded its product lineup at IFA 2026 in Berlin with the launch of several new devices, including the motorola edge 70 plus, moto watch ultra and a special-edition motorola razr with Crystals by Swarovski.

 

The new lineup combines smartphone performance, wearable technology and luxury design, with the Edge 70 Plus standing out for its 200-megapixel camera and 6,500mAh battery. The Moto Watch Ultra, meanwhile, adds LTE connectivity and eSIM support, while the Swarovski edition brings a premium fashion-focused design to the Razr family.

Motorola Edge 70 Plus: 200MP Camera and 6,500mAh Battery

 

The motorola edge 70 plus is one of the biggest highlights of Motorola's IFA 2026 lineup.

 

The smartphone features a 200MP main camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). Motorola says the camera supports 10x Super Zoom, 4K video recording and Pantone Validated colour and skin tones, along with AI-powered camera features designed to improve image quality.

 

For selfies and video calls, the phone gets a 32MP front camera with AI-powered optimization. It can also record 4K video with Adaptive Stabilization.

 

The Edge 70 Plus features a 6.78-inch quad-curved Extreme AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 Mobile Platform.

Motorola says the 6,500mAh battery can provide extended usage, while 45W TurboPower charging allows the device to recharge quickly.

 

Moto Watch Ultra Brings LTE and eSIM Connectivity

 

Motorola also unveiled the moto watch ultra, its latest premium smartwatch running Wear OS by Google.

 

One of its biggest upgrades is built-in LTE connectivity with eSIM functionality, allowing users to make and receive calls, send text messages and manage notifications without carrying their smartphone with them.

 

The smartwatch features a 1.5-inch OLED display with up to 2,700 nits of brightness, making it easier to view outdoors in bright sunlight.

 

It is powered by the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 Platform and incorporates fitness and wellness technology from Polar. Features include sleep analysis, stress management, exercise tracking, Running Coach and other fitness insights.

 

The Moto Watch Ultra also comes with IP68 and 5ATM protection, while Motorola says the watch can provide up to two days of active use when the always-on display is disabled.

Motorola Razr Gets Swarovski Crystal Treatment

 

Motorola has also added a luxury-focused model to its foldable portfolio with the motorola razr with Crystals by Swarovski.

 

The special edition combines Motorola's iconic flip-phone design with 35 Swarovski Crystals in Silver Night and a larger signature Swarovski crystal placed on the hinge. The device is finished in PANTONE Meteorite.

 

The luxury edition forms part of Motorola's Brilliant Collection, bringing together Motorola's technology with Swarovski craftsmanship and Pantone's colour expertise.

 

This makes the new Razr particularly appealing to consumers looking for a foldable smartphone that places as much emphasis on fashion and design as it does on technology.

 

Motorola Also Introduces Moto Snap Wireless Charger

 

Alongside the smartphones and smartwatch, Motorola introduced the moto snap wireless charger.

 

The charger supports up to 25W wireless charging on compatible Qi2.2 devices and includes overheat and overcharge protection. Motorola says the accessory is designed for convenient everyday charging and works with compatible magnetic cases.

Availability and Pricing

 

Motorola says the Edge 70 Plus will roll out in select countries across Europe and the Middle East in the coming weeks.

 

The Moto Watch Ultra will also launch in select markets across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, North America and Asia-Pacific. Motorola lists a starting MSRP of €429 for the smartwatch.

 

The Moto Snap wireless charger has a starting MSRP of €39. Regional pricing and availability may vary.
