The Congress party will hold press conferences in 57 cities across the country between April 21 and 24. Congress media and publicity department chief Pawan Khera said on Sunday that the purpose behind this is to expose the lies being spread by the BJP in the National Herald case. He described the National Herald publication as a 'living monument of the freedom struggle'.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a chargesheet against Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in the alleged money laundering case related to the National Herald. Since the names of the two leaders were included in the chargesheet, the opposition party is intensifying efforts to reduce the growing attack of the BJP.

Congress general secretaries and in-charges held a meeting on Saturday.

During this, it was emphasized that no crime had been committed by the Congress leadership in the case. He will hold press conferences across the country from Monday to Thursday to counter the BJP's misinformation strategy.
