CBI is investigating the case of alleged gang rape and death of a Dalit girl in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. He was 17 years 9 months old when the incident occurred
The accused passed the high school examination from JS Inter College in 2018. His date of birth is written on the mark sheet on 2 December 2002. In such a situation, his age is 17 years and 10 months. He was 17 years 9 months 12 days when the incident took place on 14 September. Despite this, he was sent to jail like other accused. In such a situation, the big question arises that before sending him to jail, did he not have a medical examination? Now the police are accused of bypassing the documents.
The CBI team reached the scene again
Today is the 10th day of the CBI investigation in Hathras case. A CBI team reached the spot at 12:30 pm. Chashmidid Chhotu was called and questioned. The victim's brother said that the CBI has asked him if there is any problem. No further inquiries were made about the incident. CBI went to the roof and did some investigation. The victim's brother refused to speak anything in the case of an accused is a minor. During this time, the distance of the victim's house from the house of the accused has also been measured.
The farm owner asked to leave the spot and harvest the remaining crop
The CBI has asked the farm owner to reap other crops except the millet crop grown on the spot. The farm owner had sought compensation from the government, saying that the crop was damaged. After staying here for about 25 minutes, the CBI officer reached the victim's village. Here the families of the victim are being questioned.
7 and a half hours interrogation in jail on Monday
On Monday, the CBI interrogated the four accused Sandeep, Ramu, Ravi, and a minor in Aligarh jail separately for seven and a half hours. Earlier, CBI took permission from the court. The CBI team arrived inside the jail at 11.45 am and came out at 7:30 in the evening. During this, complete information was taken about who was there on the day of the incident. Earlier, the CBI had interrogated the family members of all the accused, and evidence was collected from the house of the accused minor. During this time, apart from some documents, a red-colored cloth was also recovered.
Two medical officers of JN Medical College in Aligarh sacked
A day after the CBI investigation, two medical officers working in the Aligarh Muslim University's JN Medical College have been dismissed. Dr. Azim Malik and Dr. Obaid had treated the victim and prepared his medical report. Apart from this, Dr. Obaid had also questioned the report of Forensic Lab. He said that the rape could not be confirmed 11 days after the incident. If the police had initially conducted an investigation, it could have been confirmed. However, he later stated it to be his personal view. According to sources, both doctors were questioned by the CBI on Monday. At the same time, on Tuesday, the VC of AMU has dismissed both doctors. Both of them joined the medical college on leave vacancy.

On September 14, four people allegedly gang-raped a 19-year-old Dalit girl in Bulgadhi village of Chandra area of Hathras district. The girl's spine was broken by the accused.
