Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh has been granted Y-category security. According to Home Ministry sources, this security was granted after approval from the central government. It is reported that this decision was made based on reports regarding Pawan Singh's security. Pawan Singh remains in the headlines for his films and songs, as well as for his political career.

Security Increased After Joining the BJP

It is worth noting that Pawan Singh recently met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, following which his security has been increased. According to reports, Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh has returned to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Last week, Home Minister Amit Shah and Upendra Kushwaha re-inducted him into the BJP in Delhi. His return comes ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections.

Pawan Singh May Contest Elections

Media reports claim that Pawan Singh may contest the Bihar elections. There are also reports that the BJP may field Pawan Singh as a candidate in the Bihar elections.

Pawan Singh Received Threat

It should be noted that Pawan Singh received a threat last month, a video of which went viral on social media. Baba Khan's goons released a video saying, "If you have the guts, come and say something to Baba Khan." This threat is believed to be one of the reasons behind Pawan Singh's security increase.

What is Y-category security?

According to information, the Y-category security consists of 11 security personnel. This security is provided to those whose lives are in danger. This includes CRPF commandos.
