
A new revelation has been made in the case of the murder of a level female tennis player, Radhika Yadav, in Sector-57 of Gurugram. Radhika's father had become angry after opening the academy. He said that whenever he goes out in the village, the villagers tell him about eating his daughter's earnings. Father Deepak was very upset about this. For the last 15 days, there was a fight between father and daughter regarding the tennis academy. On Thursday morning, when there was an argument between the two on some issue, father Deepak shot three bullets in the back of daughter Radhika with a licensed revolver. Police have arrested the accused father, and on interrogation, he has confessed to his crime.

In Sushantlok-2 of Sector-57, on Thursday morning at around 11.30 am, a female tennis player was shot dead by her father by firing three bullets. Initial investigation has revealed that due to displeasure over the tennis player running the academy, the father shot her in the back with a licensed revolver. Radhika Yadav was taken to a private hospital in a critical condition, where she died during treatment.
The deceased has been identified as state-level tennis player Radhika Yadav (about 25 years old), who lived with her family in Sushantlok-2, Sector-57. The deceased Radhika used to run a tennis academy, and her father (accused) was not happy with her running a tennis academy.
Due to a dispute with the deceased over running a tennis academy, Radhika Yadav's father got angry on Thursday and shot her three times in the back with his licensed revolver. After being shot, Radhika's uncle Kuldeep and cousin took her to a private hospital in a serious condition, where she died.

On receiving information about the shooting of the tennis player, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (East), Sector-56 police station in-charge, FSL, Scene of Crime, and Fingerprint police teams reached the spot. The police collected evidence from the house where the shooting took place. The body of the deceased was taken into custody and kept in the mortuary. Police investigation revealed that Radhika has also won many medals in tennis. A few months ago, Radhika had stopped playing tennis due to a shoulder injury. After this, Radhika started an academy to teach tennis to children in Wazirabad village, but Radhika's father, Deepak, was against opening this academy.

Police spokesperson Sandeep Kumar said that when the police received information from a private hospital about the girl being shot, the police of Sector-56 police station reached the spot. The police have arrested the father of the deceased player, Radhika's father, Deepak, and recovered a licensed revolver from him. The matter is being investigated. Further action will be taken according to the facts that will come out in the investigation.
