After this, Upendra and experienced spinner Karn Sharma (50) took Railways to a respectable score by sharing 104 runs for the sixth wicket. Delhi won the toss and decided to bowl first and due to this Kohli did not get a chance to bat on the first day. However, Upendra gave a wonderful display of his talent in front of the audience.
