Bihar government filed an affidavit in Supreme Court

On the other hand, the Bihar government has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court. It says that in this case, the registration of a case in Bihar is not wrong from anywhere. The police have to file an FIR if they get information about the crime. The Mumbai Police did not cooperate with us, but we found that its wires are connected to the whole country, not only Mumbai.

It was also stated in the affidavit that the Bihar police could not investigate in this case, so it was requested from the Center to hand it over to the CBI.
