He said that a Ukrainian military victory, defined as expelling Russia, in the next few months is unlikely.

America's top general Mark Milley further said that Ukraine is a very big country. The chances of Russia conquering and dominating Ukraine are close to zero. We don't see this happening militarily, but they currently hold 20 percent of Ukraine.

 

General Mark also spoke on the Taiwan dispute

He noted that attacking and besieging Taiwan across the strait is a difficult task, as most of Taiwan is a mountainous island.
