India defeated Afghanistan by 47 runs and won the Group A match of the Super Eight stage. Apart from this, Hardik Pandya scored 32 runs in 24 balls with the help of three fours and two sixes. In reply, Bumrah and Arshdeep took three wickets each, based on which India bundled out Afghanistan for 134 runs in 20 overs.
