The country received 83,625 cases of corona in 24 hours and 80,419 people were recovered. With this, the number of infected has reached 63 lakh 7 thousand 144. At the same time, the number of patients recovered on Wednesday night has crossed 52 lakh. A total of 52 lakh 65 thousand 142 people have been recovered. On Wednesday, 1,136 people died. The death toll has reached 98,665. These figures are according to covid19india.org.

 

The government released the guidelines of Unlock-5 on Wednesday. Accordingly, international passengers can now conduct the Covid RT PCR test at Delhi Airport. Delhi International Airport Limited gave this information.

 

The lockdown in Maharashtra has been extended till 31 October. The state government said that hotels, food courts, restaurants, and bars have been allowed to open from October 5 with 50% seating capacity. So far more than 13 lakh patients have been found in the state.

 

Corona updates

 

Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) said on Wednesday that 6427 patients have been admitted so far at the Sardar Patel Covid Care Center and Hospital in Radha Swami Satsang Beas, Delhi. Out of these 5000 patients have been discharged.

According to the Health Department of Bengal, Manturam Pakhira, Minister of State for West Bengal Sundarbans, is Corona positive. He was first admitted to Kakdwip Super Specialty Hospital on Tuesday, but was later taken to Baighata ID Hospital in Kolkata.

 

10 lakh 86 thousand 688 tests were done on Tuesday. So far 7.42 crore tests have been done in the country. Every day, about 1.50 lakh investigations are being done in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

 

Vice President Venkaiah Naidu has been found corona positive in a routine test. He is quarantined home. Naidu is 71 years old. However, his wife Usha Naidu's corona test report came back negative. He is currently in self-isolation.

 

Less than 90 thousand cases came on the 10th consecutive day

On Tuesday, 80 thousand 500 new cases of infection were found in the country. 86 thousand 061 people recovered. It is a matter of relief that this was the tenth consecutive day when less than 90 thousand cases came in the country. Earlier on September 19, 92574 patients reported positive. During this period, there have been only two occasions when the number of patients recovering from new cases has been less.

 

State of five states

 

1. Madhya Pradesh

 

On Wednesday, 2004 new patients were found and 2289 people recovered. In Indore, 482 new patients were found, which is the largest ever in a day. The number of active patients has now reached 4597 in the city. So far, 24006 infections have been found here. 18844 were cured of these. So far 565 people have died.

 

2. Rajasthan

 

2173 infected were found on Wednesday. The government will launch a mass movement to protect itself and others from Coronavirus on October 2, the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot took this decision in a meeting. Gehlot said that wearing all masks should make the mass movement a success and be safe from infection. Keep social distancing, avoid crowds.

 

3. Bihar

 

Corona's case is declining. However, the number of testing is more than one lakh. A sample of 1 lakh 31 thousand 383 people were investigated on Wednesday. With this, 72.66 lakh tests have been done in the state so far. The positivity rate has increased to 2.6%.

 

4. Maharashtra

 

Good news is coming about the corona in the state. Talking about the last four days, the number of cured patients was higher than the new patients except Sunday. On Wednesday, 18 thousand 317 patients grew in Maharashtra and 19 thousand 163 people also became healthy. There are currently 19 lakh 75 thousand 923 people in the home quarantine in the state. At the same time, 29 thousand 922 people have been kept in Institutional Quarantine.

 

5. Uttar Pradesh

 

UP's Additional Chief Secretary of Health said- Uttar Pradesh has crossed the number of 1 crore tests on Wednesday. In the last 24 hours, 1,61,058 tests were conducted in the state. A total of 1 crore 98 thousand 896 samples have been investigated so far. UP is the first state in the country to cross the 1 crore test mark. On Wednesday, 4,226 new patients were found and 5,434 were recovered in the state.
