He also made his point when the SP delegation went to Sambhal.

 

The Leader of the Opposition had said that the DGP has assured an impartial investigation into the Sambhal violence. We were going to go to the spot today. But, we have been asked to go after three days. Said that the Place of Worship Act is not being followed. The Leader of the Opposition cornered the government. Said that Ziaur Rahman was not in Sambhal on the day of the incident. The BJP government does not believe in the Constitution. It was said that the police were making any statement to defend itself. This government does not believe in democracy.

 

A video has surfaced of rioters setting three cars and six bikes on fire on the road behind Jama Masjid during the riot on Sunday morning. In this video, rioters are seen setting a bike on fire and bringing another bike near it. Similar videos are being released continuously. Which makes it clear how the rioters have caused property damage in the city.

 

A large number of people had gathered near Jama Masjid at 9 am on Sunday. During this time, survey work was going on in the mosque. When the crowd increased, a clash started between the police and the crowd. The riot increased so much that stones were pelted and firing was done on the police. Five people have lost their lives during this riot. Now the police are searching for the accused based on the video and photos of this riot. During this investigation, a video of a bike being burnt has surfaced. In which many rioters set a bike on fire and later put another bike on top of it. Similarly, three cars were also set on fire.

 

Police have released photos of 250 miscreants, posters will also be put up.

 

Teams are engaged to identify the miscreants involved in the ruckus during the Jama Masjid survey. 250 photos of the miscreants have been released. In which they are seen carrying bricks, stones, and sticks. In this, many miscreants had also covered their faces with masks. Police are using its sources to identify all of them. So that the miscreants can be reached.
