It is said that Vikas got angry during this and misbehaved with the Chaubepur police station head. After which the Chaubepur Police Station complained to its top officials. Vikas was on the police hit list for several days. After this incident, the police officers also got mercury and planning started to catch it.

Seeing JCB in the middle road, Devendra Kumar's mercury climbed and he stood near JCB and shouted looking towards Vikas's house. JCB's face was in front of Vikas's cousin Shashikant's house.
