The young man took out his mobile phone and started making a video of the incident. A policeman snatched her mobile and pushed her down. Falling down the policeman amputated his neck with his knee.
The young man has stated his case on the matter, saying that he was wearing a mask, but the police dragged him away. He said that the accused youth is of criminal tendency and an FIR has been lodged against him.
