In the first 5 crore people in India, more than 42 lakh 77 thousand patients were found. By then 72 thousand 815 patients had died. Then between 5 and 10 crore tests, 34 lakh 78 thousand patients were found. The death toll also decreased. During this period, 44 thousand 462 people lost their lives.
72 thousand tests in every 10 lakh population
At present, 72,326 people are being screened in every 10 lakh population in the country. Of these 5,608 people are infected. 85 patients die. 391,452 in the same population in the US and 111,163 in China are being investigated.
Patients crossed 78 million
So far 78 lakh 13 thousand 667 people have been found infected in the country. Among these, 6 lakh 80 thousand 801 patients are still under treatment, while 70 lakh 13 thousand 539 people have been cured. So far, one lakh of 17 thousand 992 people have died due to infection.
Corona updates
Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said on Friday that the next three months are going to be decisive for the country. People have to be vigilant to avoid the festive season and cold infection.
The Karnataka government has decided to open the college (engineering, diploma, degree) from 17 November. Students will be able to select offline, online, or mix learning sessions at their convenience. How many students will be in a batch will be decided based on registration. Taskforce will be deployed in colleges to follow Corona Guidelines.

Meanwhile, 1,421 new cases of coronavirus were reported in the state. A total of 2 lakh 29 thousand cases have been reported so far.

1. Madhya Pradesh
On Friday, 953 new cases were reported in the state, 1325 people were recovered and 13 patients died. So far, 1 lakh 65 thousand 294 people have been found infected. Of these, 11 thousand 761 patients are currently being treated, while 1 lakh 50 thousand 678 people have been cured. So far 2855 people have died due to infection.
2. Rajasthan
The number of people recovering more than new patients increased on Friday in the state. In the last 24 hours, 1815 people were infected, while 2367 people were recovered. 14 patients died. So far, 1 lakh 82 thousand 570 people have been infected in the state. Of these, 17 thousand 775 patients are currently being treated, while 1 lakh 62 thousand 981 people have been cured. So far 1814 patients have died.
3. Bihar
The number of infected in the state has gone up to 2 lakh 10 thousand 389. In the last 24 hours, 1093 new patients were found, while 1244 people recovered and 8 infected died. Currently, 10 thousand 917 patients are under treatment. 1 lakh 98 thousand 447 people have been cured so far.
4. Maharashtra
On Friday, 7347 new patients were found in the state, 13 thousand 247 people recovered and 184 patients died. So far, 16 lakh 32 thousand 544 people have been infected. Among these, 1 lakh 43 thousand 922 patients are being treated, while 14 lakh 45 thousand 103 people have been cured. Due to Corona, 43 thousand 15 people have lost their lives in the state.
5. Uttar Pradesh
The number of people who lost their lives to Corona in the state has reached 6830. Within the last 24 hours, 40 patients died. 2202 new cases were found and 3025 people recovered. Now then 4 lakh 66 thousand 60 people have been found infected. Of these 28 thousand 268 patients are being treated, while 4 lakh 30 thousand 962 people have been cured.
