It is known that after the custody period of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) ended on Monday, Kejriwal was taken to Rouse Avenue Court. Kejriwal reached Tihar for the third time

Arvind Kejriwal reached Tihar Jail for the third time on Monday. Earlier in 2014, the AAP leader was lodged in Tihar jail after he refused to pay bail of Rs 10,000 in a defamation case filed against him by BJP leader Nitin Gadkari.

Earlier in the year 2011, when the Anna Hazare movement was started for the demand of Lokpal, Kejriwal was a part of this movement. During that time, he was sent to Tihar in judicial custody after not signing the personal bond not to violate Section 144.
