The Indian team tasted its biggest victory in ODI cricket in the final of Asia Cup 2023. Team India defeated Sri Lanka by 10 wickets with 263 balls remaining and won the Asia Cup title for the 8th time.

Five Sri Lankan batsmen returned to the pavilion without opening their account and the entire team was reduced to just 50 runs.
