PM Modi inaugurated Atal Setu in Mumbai on January 12. Located in Navi Mumbai, it is the longest sea bridge in India. However, since the inauguration of Atal Setu, some videos have gone viral on social media.

 

It is seen in the viral video that the people present at Atal Setu are violating the traffic rules. Not only this, queues of vehicles formed on Atal Setu, and people were seen taking selfies without caring for their lives. Social media users are raising questions about the attitude of the people present on Atal Setu.

 

Atal Setu connects Mumbai and Navi Mumbai

The 21.8-kilometer-long Atal Setu connects Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. This Atal Setu was inaugurated by PM Modi, after which it was opened to the public. However, during this time people ignored the rules and made Atal Setu a picnic spot.

 

Social media users angry at people's attitude

While sharing the video on social media platform X, a user said that 'Atal Setu has become a picnic spot'. At the same time, another user wrote – These are terrible scenes. Only a day has passed since the inauguration, but there is no stoppage on Atal Setu. People have made it a tourist destination.

 

Atal Setu is the longest sea bridge in the country.

Let us tell you that Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 21.8 km long Atal Bihari Vajpayee Sewari-Nhava Sheva Atal Setu sea link on Friday. Apart from being the longest bridge in India, Atal Setu is also the longest sea bridge in the country. Atul Setu has been constructed at a total cost of Rs 17,480 crore. This six-lane bridge is 21.8 km long and has a 16.5 km long sea link.
