Big action in NEET-UG paper leak case, CBI detains four students of Patna AIIMS.

As the investigation of the NEET UG paper leak case is progressing, new faces are coming to the fore in the paper leak case every day. The CBI took major action in the paper leak case late on Wednesday night and took four medical students studying at Patna AIIMS into its custody.

 

Action has been taken against these medical students of AIIMS after the interrogation of Rocky, the main accused of the paper leak, who was arrested earlier. However, it has not been confirmed by the CBI yet.

According to information received from CBI sources, out of the four medical students of AIIMS Patna who have been detained, three students are third-year students of the 2021 batch while the fourth student is in the second year. These four students have been questioned since last night. Their mobiles and laptops have also been confiscated by the CBI. Also, the hostel room of AIIMS Patna where these students lived has been sealed.

 

A person named Rocky was arrested.

If sources are to be believed, the name of one of the students taken into custody is Chandan Kumar. Apart from this, there are Rahul Kumar and Karan Jain. All three students are third-year students. While the fourth Kumar Shanu is said to be a second-year student. The CBI had arrested a person named Rocky a few days ago in the NEET paper leak case.

After this, Pankaj Kumar and Raju Singh alias Rajkumar, who stole the exam paper, were also arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation. During the interrogation of these accused, it was revealed that four medical students of Patna AIIMS were also involved in the paper leak case. After which they have been taken into custody and are being interrogated.

 

Among the arrested students, Chandan Singh is from Siwan, Kumar Shanu is from Patna, Rahul Anand is from Dhanbad and Karan Jain is from Araria. AIIMS Patna Director Dr. Gopal Krishna Pal said that all are medical students. Their rooms have been sealed.
