Army's 6 RR and police's SOG personnel have taken up the front on the spot. Firing is going on from both sides.

Dense forests, high mountains, and bad weather remain a challenge for the security forces, but the soldiers are standing firm. An officer said that the terrorists will be wiped out soon. Ramban-Doda Range DIG Shridhar Patil said that the operation is still going on. It will be completed soon.

 

Two soldiers were injured in an encounter in the Kastigarh area of ​​Doda at around 2 am late night. After primary treatment at the government hospital, they were admitted to the Command Hospital. They are undergoing treatment here.

 

Officials said that a search operation is going on in the area. Meanwhile, the army saw suspicious activities at night. Immediately during the search, contact was established with the terrorists, after which the encounter started. He said that two army soldiers were injured during the initial firing.
