The relatives alleged administrative negligence. A week ago also Vimal had told his friends that his life was in danger. Some criminals are constantly followed by them. I am afraid that the criminals might kill him too. Vimal was the only support of his parents after his brother's death. After the incident, the family members are in bad condition.
