BJP's resolution in Bihar election: 19 lakh jobs and free corona vaccine

The Bharatiya Janata Party has released its resolution letter for the Bihar assembly elections on Wednesday. In the presence of Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, this resolution letter was released in Patna.

 

The BJP has taken 11 resolutions for the people of Bihar, which it has promised to fulfill to the people of Bihar when they come to power.

In its resolution letter issued with the goal of "Self-reliant Bihar", BJP has stated "Goal 1- Self-reliant Bihar, Sutra 5- Development of villages, cities, industries, education, agriculture, 11 resolutions". In this, along with eleven important resolutions, many other promises have also been made.

 

11 promises of BJP in the resolution letter

 

1. To develop Bihar as the next generation IT hub, providing more than 5 lakh employment opportunities in the next 5 years. 19 lakh people will be given employment in various fields including health, IT.

 

2. Corona vaccine will be vaccinated for Biharis free of cost. One lakh people will get jobs in the health department. Darbhanga will make AIIMS operational by 2024.

 

3. In the coming year, three lakh new teachers will be appointed in all types of schools and universities and other institutions of the higher education sector.

 

4. Emphasize the establishment of pharmaceutical industries in the state and provide land, electricity at subsidized rates including tax incentives. This will encourage private investment.

 

5. In the next two years, 15 new private and milk-based milk processing industries will be created, encouraging cooperation and comfort.

 

6. Through microfinance institutions, one crore women will be made self-sufficient with a provision of fifty thousand crore rupees.

 

7. Small, cottage industries will be promoted in the state, Bihar Crafts and Artisans Utilization Fund of Rs 500 crore will be created. With this fund, various artisan groups like potter for statues, laheri for lacquer, blacksmith for iron, carpenter for wood, weavers, etc. will be provided a market for the promotion of art by providing interest-free loan to the communities.

 

8. All other technical education including medical, engineering will be made available in the Hindi language.

 

9. Under the fishery estates, Bihar will be made the number one state in the country in the production of freshwater fish in the next two years.

 

10. After paddy and wheat, pulses will also be purchased at MSP rates. A better supply chain of farmer produce associations will be created, which will generate 10 lakh jobs. Will develop state-of-the-art agricultural infrastructure. Mobile veterinary treatment will be provided. Animal husbandry, fishermen will be given an interest-free loan of up to one lakh rupees. The selected farmers will be ensured to migrate to countries like Scandinavia and Israel so that they can adapt to the 21st century.

 

11. NDA Government has constructed 28,33,089 houses in 6 years. More than three lakh people from rural and urban areas will give pucca houses by 2022.

 

Apart from this, some other promises have also been made. For example, by promoting local entrepreneurship under Self-reliant India and Make in India, small units of products such as toys, decorating lights, auto parts, small electrical and electronic parts which can stand on less land and less capital can be installed in every corner of the state. Has been promised to develop in.

 

The dependents of the soldiers who have been martyred in the security of the country have been promised a job in the state government and a martyr's honor amount of Rs 25 lakh. There has also been a promise to further strengthen the land reform law.

 

12 big promises made in congress manifesto

 

On Wednesday, the Congress also released its manifesto 'Parivartan Patra 2020' for the Bihar elections.

 

Releasing the manifesto at the Congress headquarters in Patna, party spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said that "Bihar wants drinking water and cheap electricity, wants to get rid of criminals' patronage, wants to break the chains of misery, Bihar wants new thinking, new way Is. That's why we said 'Bihar - Badal Government'. "

 

At the same time, Congress leader Shaktisinh Gohil said, "The manifesto talks about waiving farmers' loans, their electricity bills, and developing better irrigation facilities for farmers."

 

He said that if the Congress comes to power in Bihar, it will reject the agricultural laws introduced by the NDA government here like Punjab and bring the next agricultural bill for the state.

 

12 special schemes for Bihar

 

The Congress is contesting seventy seats in Bihar. At the same time, the Congress has formed a grand alliance with the RJD and the Left parties, which is contesting all the 243 assembly seats in Bihar.

 

Randeep Surjewala also told about 12 big schemes or decisions from the list of promises made in the Congress manifesto.

 

- On the lines of Chhattisgarh, Congress will bring Rajiv Gandhi Agricultural Justice Scheme. Under this, money will be sent directly to the account of farmers with less than two acres of land.

 

- The people of Bihar will have the right to water and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Drinking Water Scheme will be implemented.

 

- For the aged, widows, single women, financial assistance will be provided under the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Vridha Samman Yojana. Under this, a pension of Rs 800 per month will be given and those above the age of 80 years will be given a pension of Rs 1000 per month.

 

- The education of daughters of Bihar from KG to PG will be free.

 

- For every person working outside the state, centers will be made under Karpoori Thakur Suvidha Kendra Scheme in other states. Government arrangements will be made to help them in different states.

 

Under the Shrikrishna Singh Khel Incentive Scheme, incentives will be given to those children of fifth to twelfth grade who will perform better in the field of sports.

 

- Under the Bring Medal and Get Post scheme, youth of Bihar who will bring medals for the country will be given jobs without an interview.

 

- Under the Maa Savitri Ba Phule Education Scheme, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe girls will be assisted for higher education. If the Congress comes to power, the government will pay 80 percent of the fees for girls studying in any college in the country.

 

- Babu Jagjivan Ram Drinking Water Scheme, the government will install a water tank and a tap in the homes of people belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

 

- Under the Indira Gandhi Kanya Yojana, the government will assist 21,000 rupees for the marriage of girls.

 

- Employment friends will be made under the Rajiv Gandhi Rojgar Mitra Scheme. In providing employment to the youth and making plans for employing them, Rojgar Mitra will work for the government to make them convenient.

 

Chirag's promise will create a 'coaching city'

 

On Wednesday, the Lok Janshakti Party, which came out of the NDA to try its luck in Bihar elections on its own, also released its election manifesto.

 

Party chief Chirag Paswan has promised in his manifesto 'Naya Bihar, Yuva Bihar' that if the party comes to power, it will be its endeavor that students do not have to go outside the state for studies.

 

They say that the party will make it a "coaching city" in Bihar on the lines of Kota in Rajasthan, Mukherjee Nagar in Delhi, and Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh. It will have a library along with accommodation for the students and will also reserve seats for the economically weaker sections.

 

At the same time, the party has promised that it will build a big temple of Sita in the state, it will also provide free travel facilities to women in buses.

 

This time the LJP is contesting elections in Bihar alone from the NDA. Chirag Paswan has been very aggressive about Nitish Kumar of JDU, an ally of NDA, but till now he has shown his complete faith towards Modi.

 

At the same time as Manifesto continued, he was seen as an attacker on Nitish Kumar. He said, "If the current Chief Minister wins the election again by mistake then our state will lose and will again stand on the verge of ruin."
