Due to this, there was a situation of severe jam on the road coming from India Gate and the road coming from Mandi House at the ITO red light. Long queues are seen on the roads, along this, due to water filled under ITO, the drivers have stopped their vehicles at the red light itself.
Red alert for rain in Delhi
