Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna got married on February 26, 2026. The couple married in Udaipur in the presence of their close friends and family, and will now hold a reception in Hyderabad on March 4, 2026. This morning, photos of Rashmika and Vijay with Home Minister Amit Shah went viral. The couple had also invited Amit Shah to their reception.

 

 

Now, photos of VIROSH with Prime Minister Narendra Modi are going viral on social media. The couple met Prime Minister Modi and invited him to the reception. The photos show Vijay and Rashmika conversing with the Prime Minister and presenting him with a shawl.

 

 

PM Modi Congratulates

Before Vijay and Rashmika's wedding, Prime Minister Modi wrote a congratulatory letter to the couple. He wrote, "Madhavi and Govardhan Rao Deverakonda ji, we are extremely delighted to receive your invitation to Vijay and Rashmika's wedding ceremony on February 26, 2026. Heartiest congratulations to the Deverakonda and Mandanna families on this heartfelt and auspicious occasion. This marks the beginning of a new, beautiful chapter in Vijay and Rashmika's lives."

 

 

The letter further read, “Both Vijay and Rashmika are no strangers to film scripts. But this divinely crafted chapter in their real life, filled with love and affection, will surely surpass the magic they created on the silver screen. With love and understanding, may they share responsibilities, accept each other's shortcomings, learn from each other's strengths, and journey through life as true companions. My best wishes to the couple and their families on this auspicious occasion. Regards.

 

 

When will the reception be?

Rashmika and Vijay's wedding reception will be held in Hyderabad on March 4, 2026. It is expected that many big celebrities from South and Bollywood will be part of the event.
