For the second time, both the teams faced each other in the final played on 24th September. In this match, India defeated Pakistan by 5 runs and became the champion.

 

IND vs PAK 2012 T20 World Cup

 

In the tournament held in Sri Lanka, India-Pakistan clashed in the Super-8 match. In this match, the Pakistan team scored 128 runs, which India achieved by losing two wickets. In this match, Virat Kohli played an innings of 78 runs from India's side, while Lakshmipati Balaji took three wickets.

 

India won by 7 wickets

 

In this tournament held in Dhaka, Bangladesh, both countries faced each other. In this match, Pakistan gave a target of 130 runs to India, which India achieved by losing three wickets. This was India's fourth consecutive victory against Pakistan in the T20 World Cup.

In the 2022 T20 World Cup played in Australia, India avenged the crushing defeat in the year 2021. In the match played on October 23, Pakistan scored 159 runs while batting first. India won by four wickets with the help of Virat Kohli's unbeaten 82 runs.
