The match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians was played at Eden Gardens on Saturday 11 May. A video of this match surfaced, which quickly went viral on social media. It was seen in the video that the young fan wearing a KKR jersey kept the ball that came in the stands inside his pants and the policeman angrily removed the ball from him.

A batsman hit a powerful six and sent the ball into the stands. A young fan present there caught the ball and started going out of the stadium. The policeman ran after him. Seeing the policeman, the fan hid the ball in his pants. Then the policeman angrily snatched the ball from the fan and returned it to the field. Then the policeman tried to push the fan out of the field by continuously pushing him.

KKR's strong victory

Fans are liking this video very much. Many users said that they were not able to stop laughing after watching this video. However, if we talk about the match, Kolkata Knight Riders defeated five-time champion Mumbai Indians by 18 runs in a rain-interrupted match.

Kolkata Knight Riders batted first and scored 147 runs losing 7 wickets in 16 overs. In reply, the Mumbai Indians team could score 139 runs after losing 8 wickets in 16 overs. Let it be known that the KKR team has already qualified for the playoffs whereas Mumbai Indians became the first team to be eliminated from the playoff race.

Place confirmed in top-2

Let us tell you that the match between Gujarat Titans and Kolkata Knight Riders on Monday was canceled due to rain. Not a single ball could be bowled in the match. After this, it was decided that KKR would finish in the top 2. At the same time, Gujarat Titans were also out of the race for the playoffs. Kolkata Knight Riders will now have two chances to reach the finals. If KKR loses in the first qualifier, it can win the second qualifier and make it to the finals.
