In such a situation, if Russia stops the supply of gas and crude oil, then Europe will be on the verge of a major energy crisis. Inflation on electricity and petroleum products can break the back. All countries know this. That is why European countries are reluctant to directly confront Russia.
No significant effect of sanctions on Russia
Sanctions are being imposed on Russia by America and many other countries. Despite this, Russia is not ready to stop. Russia has increased its power in such a way that, this country is not going to be affected much by any kind of sanctions. This is also one of the reasons why America and NATO countries do not attack directly. Russia's international currency reserves stood at $630 billion in January.
