The post-mortem report of civil judge Jyotsna Rai's body in Badaun has confirmed death due to hanging. The post-mortem of the dead body was conducted by a panel of three doctors. For this, Dr. Harish Kumar from Ujhani CHC, Dr. Rajesh Kumar Verma from the District Hospital, and Dr. Anamika Singh from the Women's Hospital were called. All three jointly conducted the post-mortem of the body. Videography was also done during this period.

 

Here, sources say that blue marks were seen on the back, but according to experts, these marks could also be due to the dead body hanging for a long time. No injury marks were found on the body.

 

The reason behind the death has not been revealed yet. The female judge's mobile phone has been seized and her number has been put on surveillance. Call details of his number are also being obtained. The cause of death is expected to be revealed from the mobile phone.

 

The body of Civil Judge Jyotsna Rai was found hanging from a fan with the help of a rope in her official residence on Saturday morning. His parents had arrived around 5:30 in the evening. The body was kept in the mortuary at eight o'clock in the night and an FIR was lodged.

 

People close to her said that the lady judge had been talking to someone on mobile till around 11 pm on Friday. His voice was coming outside. It is believed that the person talking on a mobile phone could be the reason for his death. The police have not made any disclosure about him yet. Investigating the matter.

 

SSP Alok Priyadarshi said that the post-mortem of the body of the woman judge was done by the panel. The cause of death was hanging. His family members have taken the body to Ayodhya. The father has lodged an FIR against unknown persons.

 

Call details of his mobile are also being obtained. In this, the investigation will be conducted on all aspects. The next action will be taken according to the truth that comes out in it.

 

The body of Civil Judge Junior Division Jyotsna Rai (29) was found hanging in the government residence near the Civil Bar in Badaun on Saturday morning. Employees reached the residence to work in the morning. He knocked on the door. Called him several times but there was no response. The employees informed the judge and Kotwali police living nearby. The police broke the door of his residence and informed his family members. His parents reached the spot at around 5.30 pm.

The deceased was earlier posted in Ayodhya district, currently, she was posted in Badaun district. On Saturday morning, the body of Civil Judge Junior Division was found hanging in his official residence. On receiving information about this, judicial officers including Badanu District Judge Pankaj Aggarwal, DM Manoj Kumar, and SSP Alok Priyadarshi reached the spot. The police team broke the door of the living room, removed the body from the noose, and sent it for post-mortem. Also started investigating the matter.

No one is ready to give an official statement about the suicide note, but sources say that lady judge Jyotsna Rai has written the suicide note in both Hindi and English languages. It is written in Hindi - 'No one is responsible for my death, if you want to investigate then do so. You won't get anything.'

 

At the same time, 'feeling alone' and 'feeling unhappy' are also written in English. According to sources, it is also written that my last rites will be performed on the banks of Saryu in Ayodhya. However, his suicide note is not being accepted by his family members. Even the officers and employees associated with the court are not able to understand what problem the judge was facing. It is said that these pages have also been torn recently. It is also being told that the judge had also talked to his mother on Friday night and she was said to be happy then. This is also mentioned in the complaint given by his father.

According to people living in the neighborhood, lady judge Jyotsna Rai kept talking to someone on mobile till around 11 pm on Friday. While she was talking on the mobile, very loud sounds were coming from her residence. People say that it seemed as if he was arguing with someone on his mobile. It seemed from her voice that she was very angry.
