Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Leo is Vijay and their second film together. Earlier both had worked together in the film 'Master', which was liked by the cinematographers. In the shared poster, Vijay can be seen holding a blood-stained hammer in anger, and blood is seen flying here and there. The actor can be seen standing in the forest in the poster with a wolf standing right behind him.
