Leo: Poster release of 'Leo' on Vijay's birthday, the actor was seen in 'Beast Mode' holding a blood-stained hammer in hand

South superstar Vijay, fondly known as Thalapathy Vijay enjoys a huge fan following. The actor is celebrating his 49th birthday today i.e. 22nd June and on this occasion, while cinema halls are re-showing his best old movies, fans also got to see the first glimpse of his upcoming film 'Leo'. To make this special day even more special for Vijay and his fans, the makers of 'Leo' released the first-look poster of the actor from the film. The poster has taken the internet by storm with its release.

 

Fans have been waiting for a long time to see Vijay's look from the much-awaited film 'Leo'. The makers had promised to give a special gift to the fans on the actor's birthday by releasing the first look poster. As per their promise, as the clock strikes 12 midnight, the makers of 'Leo' treated the fans with the first-look poster of the film. Dalpati Vijay is seen in 'beast mode' in the first-look poster.

 

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Leo is Vijay and their second film together. Earlier both had worked together in the film 'Master', which was liked by the cinematographers. This is why the audience is excited to see Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj teaming up once again in 'Leo'. It is one of the most awaited films of the year 2023. On June 22, Lokesh Kanagaraj and the team of 'Leo' gifted the first-look poster of the film to Vijay and fans, writing, 'The first look poster of Leo is out! Happy birthday Vijay Anna! Excited to work with you again! Have fun!'

 

In the shared poster, Vijay can be seen holding a blood-stained hammer in anger, and blood is seen flying here and there. The actor can be seen standing in the forest in the poster with a wolf standing right behind him. The poster reads, 'In a world of untamed rivers, calm waters become either divine deities or terrifying demons.' Along with the poster, the first song of the film 'Na Ready' will also be released today and fans are eagerly waiting for that too. The poster has made the fans curious, they are expressing their excitement about the film by commenting. One user wrote, 'Pure intense, killer look.' Another wrote, 'Goosebumps.'

 

Talking about 'Leo', the film is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Apart from Vijay, the film stars Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Priya Anand, Sandy, Gautam Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin, Mathew Thomas, and Arjun Sarja in an ensemble cast. The film is scheduled to release on October 19 on the occasion of Diwali this year.
