(approximate) of the widely used constant Pi (Pi) in mathematical theories, every year March 14th of the third month of the calendar year is celebrated as Pi Day. The special thing is that Pi Day is celebrated only at 1.59 pm on March 14. During the 40th General Assembly of UNESCO of the United Nations in November 2019, Pi Day was announced to be celebrated as International Mathematics Day. Since then every year Pi Day i.e. March 14 is also celebrated as International Mathematics Day. In many countries, Pi Day is also celebrated on July 22, because the value of Pi is also 22/7.
