In the case of Meerut's Saurabh murder case, the team of the Drugs Department also came into action on Sunday. The team raided the Usha Medical Store located in Khairnagar. Muskan had bought a Midazolam injection from this medical store to make Saurabh unconscious. The team seized the medical store's one-year sales and purchase record and banned the sale of medicines till further orders. The team questioned medical store operator Amit Joshi, a resident of Brahmapuri.

Muskan had got sleeping pills prescribed on the prescription by telling herself to be depressed. The police had also recorded the statement of the doctor who made the prescription. The doctor had said that he did not prescribe sleeping pills. It was revealed that Muskan had searched on Google and had written Midazolam injection on the doctor's prescription herself. After this, she reached Usha Medical Store located in Khairnagar with an old man on February 22 to get the injection.

To investigate this, Drugs Department Inspector Piyush Sharma and Priyanka Chaudhary reached Usha Medical Store on Sunday.

The shopkeeper also gave the bills of sale and purchase of all the three medicines to the team of the Drugs Department. The team has also taken samples of some medicines.

According to the information, Saurabh Kumar (29) who returned from London in Meerut was murdered by his wife Muskan Rastogi along with her lover Sahil Shukla on the night of March 3. The accused put 15 pieces of the body in a drum and covered it with bricks. Muskan left her five-year-old daughter at her maternal home and went to Himachal with her lover on the evening of March 4. On returning, Muskan informed her father about the murder of Saurabh.

Saurabh Kumar (29), a resident of Master Colony, Indiranagar, Brahmapuri, who was working in London, returned home on February 24. Actually, on 25 February it was his wife Muskan's (26) birthday. He had come back to celebrate this, and on 28 February it was his daughter Pihu's (5) birthday.

She ran away from home to Ghaziabad by saying that she was going to work on a film. She stayed with a boy in Noida for five days. Muskan's family was also involved in Saurabh's murder. They had their eyes on Saurabh's property. Muskan's family built their house and bought a new car with his money. Muskan's sister bought an iPhone.
