Salman Khan's film 'Sikander' is all set to hit the theatres. As soon as the trailer was released, the makers opened the advance booking of this film and every day the tickets of the film are selling rapidly. Salman Khan, who has a solo release every year on Eid, is going to clash with South cinema superstar Mohanlal this time.

 

Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer film L: 2 Empuraan has been released three days before Eid. Since Sikandar is a Hindi film, but the director who has directed this film and also the actress of the film Rashmika Mandanna is associated with South cinema, there is every possibility that this film of AR Murugadoss can also be released in the South. Recently, Bollywood's Bhaijaan Salman Khan has expressed his reaction to the box office clash with Mohanlal's film 'Empuraan'.

What did Salman Khan say on the clash of Sikandar and 'Empuraan'?

 

After the trailer launch of Sikandar, Salman Khan talked to many media houses about his most awaited action drama film. In an exclusive interview with News18, when he was asked about the clash of his 'Sikander' and Mohanlal's L:2 Empuraan, Dabangg Khan replied,

 

"I like Mohanlal sir very much as an actor. Prithviraj is directing this film, so I am sure that this film will be great".

 

Salman Khan's film 'Sikander' is not only facing a threat at the box office from Mohanlal's film 'Empuraan', but just a few days after Eid, Sunny Deol will also come on the big screen with his film 'Jaat'. In such a situation, Dabangg Khan also wished Dharmendra's son and his close friend Sunny Deol for his film 'Jaat'.

 

Which film is ahead in booking, Sikandar or Empuraan?

 

Talking about the booking collection of Salman Khan's Sikandar, as soon as it opened in India, more than 45 thousand tickets of Bhaijaan's film were sold within just 24 hours. On the second day, 45,587 tickets for the film were sold. So far, more than 91 thousand tickets of Sikandar have been sold online, due to which the film has earned a total of 2.58 crores even before its release. It is expected that Sikandar will do a business of more than 7 crores before its release on March 30.

 

On the other hand, the booking of 'L2: Empuraan' has created a new history. According to reports, Mohanlal's film 'Empuraan' is the first Malayalam movie to sell more than 1 million tickets and the film has already earned 60 crores before its release. In such a situation, Prithviraj's film L2 Empuraan is currently leading. It remains to be seen that when these two films clash at the box office, who will make a profit and who will incur a loss?
