Corona cases have started to increase rapidly once again during winter and the festive season. In many parts of the country including Delhi, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, the number of infected is coming back again. In such a situation, governments are beginning to consider again strictness, from night curfew to lockdown. Such steps have also been taken in many places. In such a situation, the question arises whether we are reaching the situation of march again, when Corona imprisoned everyone inside the houses. WHO's warning and the experiences of many European countries are pointing to this. However, some experts are also telling that the lockdown is not going to happen in the whole country or state, but the districts and cities with more cases can be locked up again.

Lockdown in Garhmukteshwar, U.P. from 25 to 30 November

The lockdown has been imposed from November 25 to 30 at Garhmukteshwar in Hapur district of UP. However, the lockdown is not taken here due to more corona cases, but to prevent mobilization of people along the Ganges. Every year lakhs of devotees gather for bathing the Ganges on Kartik Purnima in Garhmukteshwar. This time the local administration has taken this decision because of the huge crowd due to Corona. Only vehicles coming for the wedding will be exempted here. In districts like Meerut, Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, Ghaziabad, West UP, a letter has been sent to stop devotees. At the same time, barricading is being done on the border of Meerut, Bulandshahar, Noida, and Ghaziabad, due to which a large number of devotees could not come. Section 144 has been imposed in the Hapur district. According to police sources, those coming for deep donations can be exempted. It is being told that 50 lakh people from different states come here for bathing the Ganges. This time, Kartik Purnima is on 30 November.

57-hour curfew in Ahmedabad

It has been decided to impose a 57-hour curfew under the corporation limits from Friday to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in Ahmedabad city of Gujarat. Because of the prevailing situation, the Gujarat government has stopped its decision to open secondary schools and colleges in the state from 23 November. Officials said the curfew would start in Ahmedabad city from 9 am on Friday (November 20), which would continue till 6 am on Monday (23). Additional Chief Secretary Rajiv Kumar Gupta said that only milk and drug shops would remain open during this "full curfew". Gupta had announced in the evening that the night curfew would remain in force from 9 am to 6 am daily from Friday (November 20) until further orders. However, hours later, Gupta said that a "full curfew" would apply from Friday night to Monday morning.

Strictness in Delhi

In the capital Delhi, the graph of Corona is running upwards rapidly. Due to the record number of people getting infected and losing their lives, tension has increased in Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal's government has increased the fine amount on one hand and the number of guests in the plains has been reduced. If people are not allowed to go to the banks of rivers and ponds on Chhath Puja, then the state government is forced to consider lockdown in big markets once again. In the last 24 hours, more than 8 thousand cases have been found here. In Delhi, in the first 16 days of November, more than 1 lakh new cases have been reported, then more than 1200 people died. In such a situation, people may have to follow strict rules once again in the capital Delhi.

Churning today in Madhya Pradesh

As the corona cases rise again in Madhya Pradesh, the government will review the corona related matters in a high-level meeting on Friday. State Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra told the media here that a high-level meeting at 3 o'clock in the day will review the corona related matters. In this, new decisions can be taken to curb the corona. Dr. Mishra indicated that by evening the Home Department may issue new guidelines related to Corona. It may also include guidelines related to lockdown. Corona cases have been increasing continuously in the last few days in all districts including Bhopal and Indore. Around 450 new patients were found in the capital Bhopal on Thursday. After this, there are reports of about 350 new infections again this morning.

WHO Cautions

The regional director of the World Health Organization (WHO) has said that as winter draws to a close, cases of corona infection are increasing rapidly throughout West Asia. Countries need to tighten restrictions and take preventive measures to prevent large numbers of deaths. WHO's director of the eastern Mediterranean, Ahmed Al Mandhari, told reporters in Cairo that countries in the region implemented stringent lockdowns at the beginning of the year but are now lax. He said that the basic measures to avoid the epidemic - from following the social distance to applying the mask, are not being followed completely in our region and as a result, hospitals across the region are full of patients. Lockdown is being imposed again in many countries of the world.

Lockdown again in many countries of the world

The ever increasing cases of coronavirus have once again put the entire world in worry. So far, over 5.48 crore people have been infected all over the world. Taking precaution, the rules which the government relaxed a few weeks ago have been re-implemented. This time a lockdown is being put in place with many stringent provisions to avoid damage as before with the second wave of Corona in winter. If the amount of fine has been increased manifold, then provision has been made for arrest even after leaving the city.

US: 21-day curfew in Ohio province

A 21-day curfew has been imposed in the United States of Ohio because of rising cases. Wearing masks has been made mandatory in Iowa, North and South Dakota, and Utah Province. Plans to reopen schools are also currently being postponed. Doctors have appealed to people not to perform big ceremonies. Since the election in the US, the Republican Party states have started taking strict decisions. Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds was against wearing masks, which has also changed her rule.

Scotland: Arrest provision

The government led by Nicola Sertergen in Scödland has decided to introduce tier-3 and tier-4 level sanctions in the wake of Corona's sudden growing cases. Restrictions at this level would restrict homes to move from one city to another. School-colleges have been closed. The hotels will open only till six in the evening. The government has made a provision to arrest those leaving home in the areas most affected by Corona. Apart from this, leaving the city and moving to another place will also be considered a crime.

Britain: 8 people allowed to gather

The Boris Johnson government is preparing to impose stringent Tier-4 level restrictions before Christmas due to fears that the coronavirus may increase. The government has decided that there will be a small relaxation of five days on the occasion of Christmas. During this time, only seven to eight people will be able to gather in the houses to celebrate. The government has already ordered to implement a one-month lockdown here. The UK's National Health Service currently has lockdowns in Wales, Greater Manchester, Liverpool City, Lancashire, South Yorkshire, and Scotland. The number of deaths from Covid-19 in Britain is higher than in all countries in Europe. According to John Hopkins University, it is the fifth country in the world to have the highest number of deaths from pandemics.

France: curfew announcement

Curfew has been announced here because of the ever-increasing cases of infection in nine major cities. The curfew will remain in force in nine cities of France, including Paris, from nine to six in the morning. If someone goes out during this time, he will have to have some strong reason for this, or else he will have to pay a heavy fine. These rules have been implemented for at least four weeks.
