Rainfall in several parts of Delhi-NCR on Tuesday morning has brought about a shift in weather conditions. Due to the rain, vehicular movement on the roads slowed down, causing commuters to face difficulties in their daily travel. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a ‘Yellow Alert’ for rain on April 7 and 8. During this period, the sky is expected to remain generally overcast. There is a possibility of light rain accompanied by strong winds, thunder, and lightning from morning until evening.
