Tripti Dimri became very famous with her role as 'Zoya Bhabhi' in the film Animal. After this film, the actress signed many films back to back. Before Animal, Tripti also appeared in films like Kala, Laila Majnu, and Bulbul, but she did not get the popularity that a small role of Zoya gave her.
Now recently, the actress talked during a session about why she did the film Animal and why she liked the role of Zoya. Tripti became a part of India Today Mumbai Conclave 2024 and opened up her struggle story while talking in the "Struggles to Stardom: The Untold Story of My Bollywood Breakthrough" session.
Every character should be different from the other
Trupti asked why she chose the character of Zoya. Explaining her decision, the actress said, “For me, I don't like to stay in my comfort zone. With Bulbul and Kala, I had come into that comfort zone. I love drama and feel very energetic when I am on those sets. But when Animal came to me, I found it quite challenging.
She further said, "As an actor, you should do something that inspires you. Every time I am offered a role, I feel that it is both scary and challenging."
Will be seen in these films
Tripti was last seen in Bad News with Vicky Kaushal. Apart from this, her Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala video with Rajkumar Rao is ready for release. At the same time, she will be seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 with Kartik Aryan this Diwali. Apart from this, she has also been cast for Dhadak 2 with Siddhant Chaturvedi.
