I remember when I was small and cool,
I was always playing truant from school.
My mum used to say,
"You'll regret it one day
When you grow up to become a fool."
Now I'm old; the damage is done.
How I wish I'd listened to Mum.
If I could turn back time,
I'd study hard and toe the line
Instead of acting foolish and dumb.
Now let that be a lesson to one and all
That life is more than just having a ball.
It was great having fun
When I was young,
But I wish I'd spent more time in the school hall.
We knew love had no space.
No choice, but to force it into
tight space. We handle
A rose for every year,
many smiles for every tear
Way more of the first than ever
I get this funny feeling way down deep inside.
My hands begin to shake whenever she walks
If you must go, then go for a while
Remember that the first step is a hard traveled mile.
The Years have passed by,
In the blink of an eye,
Moments of sadness,
And
What hurts the most...
Was loving you so much,
But that not being enough.
I Will Want To Grow Old With You
You can take me on a holiday
but I prefer to sit at home
you can buy me chocolate
Life may not let me select my lot,
But whether I'd be happy or not...
That is my
Pen and paper are my tools
To tell you "good job" or to call you a fool.
My prais
It's getting cold and I'm getting lonely
Wishing someone would sit down and hold me
