After midnight, these melodious sounds are continuously echoing in the streets of Ayodhya in the shivering cold. It is around four in the morning and Ayodhya is awake for the third consecutive night. As we moved towards Rampath via Raiganj police post, we saw that from whichever side the street was coming, sporadic saints, young and old, men and women were rapidly moving towards the Ram Mandir. Generally in Ayodhya in the morning the direction of devotees is towards Saryu. On returning from there, proceed towards Hanumangarhi for the darshan of Bajrangbali. After this, the number of Ramlala's court kept coming, but the devotees immersed in devotion for the life of their child Ram did not wait for the morning. People took baths in homes and temples instead of Saryu. Some are going for the darshan of Bajrangbali while some are desperate to reach Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Path soon and stand in line for the darshan of the Lord. The hands of the clock have struck a quarter to four. The crowd has started increasing on the roads. By five o'clock, a wave of devotees starts appearing on Rampath.
No place to stand on the road
Je jaisai taisai uthi dhavahin…like. The echo of Jai Shri Ram-Jai Siyaram and the sound of Ramdhun start increasing. The crowd is increasing. By seven o'clock there was no place to stand on the road. According to an estimate, more than one lakh people had had darshan by seven in the morning. When the pressure of the crowd increased, people moving towards Ram temple started being interrupted at various places. Within a short time, the line of devotees increased at Hanumangarhi. Within no time there was a long line of people from Rampath to Hanumangarhi to have darshan of Hanumanji.
Phones started ringing till Lucknow
The pressure of devotees on the Janmabhoomi path kept increasing due to thousands of Ram devotees arriving. The administration seemed to be in vain. It seemed that the administration had not been able to properly estimate the presence or arrival of Ram devotees after Pran Pratistha. Phones started ringing from Ayodhya to Lucknow. People started being sent back from the road itself. The crowd gathered at Rampath was appealed to return to their respective places from around 10 o'clock and come for darshan after 2 o'clock. Police and RAF personnel were seen explaining in a strict tone to those who tried to ignore the appeal.
Route diverted at various places
For the last many days, people have reached Ayodhya for the first darshan of Lord Rama, leaving their homes and places, and facing all kinds of difficulties and challenges. Who knows what dreams and resolutions he had brought? Many returned disappointed due to not being able to see their Lord.
After the consecration of life, the administrative staff, who were seen in a relaxed mood, again became active after the arrival of Principal Secretary Home Sanjay Prasad, DG Law and Order Prashant Kumar, and CM Yogi Adityanath. Routes were again diverted at many places. Arrangements were started to send those who were in Ayodhya back after giving them darshan. By late evening about four lakh people had visited. This was how Ayodhya was on the second day of Ramji's life.
Came from Manipur, stayed outside the city, still waiting
Sajan Paudiyal, Rakesh Paudiyal, and Raj Adhikari had left Manipur on January 19 to come to Ayodhya. When he reached the Faizabad border on the 21st, he was not allowed to enter Ayodhya. It is said that they stayed till 22 in a village about 15 km away. After the Pran Pratistha was over on Tuesday, when he got information about the exemption for darshan, he left early in the morning. Reached Ayodhya at around 8 in the morning. Rakesh, disappointed at not being able to join the queue for darshan, says that despite this he is very happy. He says, our Manipur has been disturbed for months. We had come to pray to our Ramji that the situation there should improve. He says he will try to have darshan again after 2 o'clock.
We stood firm since morning, and had to return after five hours
A group of five saints had reached Birla temple at six in the morning for darshan. These include Saint Bijli Das from Bihar, Mukund Baba from Odisha Jagannath Puri, Baba Shobhadas from Satna, Madhya Pradesh, Saint Hariom from Haridwar, Uttarakhand and Baba Sundar Giri from Dholpur, Rajasthan. It is said that he had reached Ayodhya on the 19th to have the darshan of his Lord Balak Ram. Stayed in a big camp. Today, despite waiting for five hours, the darshan has not been possible. I wish to go only after having darshan. Let's see when the Lord appears.
Ramlala recognized that nothing would happen by covering his mouth.
Ayodhya. Film stars sometimes have to face strange situations. The latest incident is related to veteran theater and Hindi film artist Anupam Kher. Actually, he had reached Ayodhya amidst the crowd to have a darshan of Ram Lalla, but a fan recognized him and then the actor got embarrassed. Anupam Kher himself has described it on social media.
While sharing the video, the actor wrote, Yesterday (Monday) I went to Ram temple as a guest. But, on Tuesday, I felt like going to the temple quietly with everyone. Such a sea of devotion was seen that the heart became happy. The devotion towards Ramji among the people was visible. When I started leaving after darshan, a devotee whispered in my ear, Bhaiya ji, nothing will happen if you cover your mouth. Ram Lalla recognized you.
