A powerful cyclonic storm became the center of the storm on Wednesday in the Atlantic Ocean. This storm is the sixth cyclonic storm of this season and has been named Fiona. Scientists have issued a warning regarding this. Forecasters at the US National Hurricane Center have called for caution for many islands as the threat of severe Hurricane Fiona hits many islands.

According to the information, the intense storm Fiona was located about 650 miles i.e. 1,046 kilometers east of the Leeward Islands. Forecasters said intense storm warnings were issued for Sabah and St. Eustatius, St. Maarten, Antigua, Barbuda, St. Kitts, Nevis, Montserrat, and Anguilla. The U.S. The National Hurricane Center said scientists in the Leeward Islands, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico should monitor the progress of the cyclonic storm.

Let us tell you that the cyclone was moving at a maximum speed of about 50 mph i.e. 85 km per hour at 11 am local time last night. "On the forecast track, the center of the system is forecast to move through the Leeward Islands and near the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico on Friday or Friday night," said an official closely monitoring the storm.

The agency said that the storm had started showing its effects even before it reached the Leeward Islands. In these areas, the wind has started blowing with heavy rain and high speed. He said later this week, it could move near or over parts of the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. It is forecast to make landfall near Hispaniola early next week, where it will weaken into the island's mountainous areas.
