When a special air corridor is formed by a bilateral agreement between two countries, it is called an air bubble, so that there is no problem in air travel. Under this, passengers with valid visas of two countries can go to each other's country without any hassle. It mainly consists of passengers traveling by government airlines. The travel air bubbles are also closed between India and Nepal regarding Corona and it is expected that there will be positive talks between Nepal and India on this soon.

 

He said, 'They are willing to carry on the relationship and will send some positive signals in this regard. However, they want the border dispute to be discussed as well. As a first step to deepen bilateral cooperation, the two countries can resume negotiations on the multi-purpose Pancheshwar project lying in abeyance and normalize border movement. It is being told that Nepal's Foreign Minister Pradeep Kumar Gyawali will be visiting India in December, for which dates are being worked out.

 

Significantly, there was tension in the relationship between the two countries when Defense Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurated the 80 km long route connecting Lipulekh Pass and Dharchula in Uttarakhand in May and a few days later Nepal released a new map. But diplomats from New Delhi and Kathmandu suggest that there are some concerns that China, which seems to be affecting Nepal's politics and economy, may hold Kathmandu back. The ongoing political crisis in Nepal and the fight between two Communist Party of Nepal (NCP) co-chairs KP Sharma Oli and PK Dahal alias Prachanda drove the ruling party into uncertainty and this gave China a chance to intervene.
