
Kotwali Sector-20 police have arrested two associates of jailed YouTuber Elvish Yadav for supplying snake venom at a rave party. The arrested Vinay Yadav is a close friend of Elvish and the operator of Ishwar Banquet Hall and Tent House. Action has been taken against both of them under other sections including the NDPS Act. On Wednesday, both were presented in the court from where they were sent to judicial custody.
After the arrest of Elvish in the case of supplying snake poison, the police started cracking down on his close ones. The names of Ishwar and Vinay Yadav came up in the investigation of audio, video, and CDR of the episode. Police called both of them for questioning on Tuesday. After a long interrogation that took place at night, both were arrested based on facts. According to the police, Vinay Yadav lived with Elvish. Ishwar Sampare remained in touch with Rahul. Rahul used to arrive at the booking with a group of snake charmers along with snakes and poison. Vinay and Ishwar were friends with each other.
According to DCP Vidyasagar Mishra, Vinay used to organize parties at many places through Ishwar. At the same time, the matter of the use of snake venom has come to light. Ishwar, who worked as a tent house owner, knew many locations. Whereas Elvish Yadav used Vinay for all these parties.
Police asked 50 questions to both of them, the accused had arrived with the convoy
On the lines of Elvish, Noida Police had called Ishwar and Vinay on Tuesday for questioning and completing the formalities. Both of them had reached Kotwali Sector-20 with a convoy of several vehicles. The police asked more than 50 questions from both of them. Most of them were associated with drug parties and connections with snake charmers. At first, both of them denied any information. Ishwar gets worried when asked about Sampere Rahul's connection. Although said not to know Rahul. Both got trapped when call detail records were shown. After being questioned till late at night, both the accused got trapped. Then both of them were arrested by the police.
Now on the radar of Fazilpuria police
In this whole matter, the police can tighten the noose on Haryanvi singer Fazilpuriya. In this case, it was claimed that several rave parties were organized in Fazilpur village. In this, Elvish Yadav had shot many videos with snakes. These videos of Fazilpur village were also used by the police as the basis for the arrest of Elvish.
Eight arrests so far in this case
In this case, a case was filed by PFA on 3 November 2023 in Kotwali Sector-49. On November 4, the police arrested five cops including Rahul Yadav in this case. All of them have got bail from the court. After this, the sixth arrest was of Elvish Yadav. Now Ishwar and Vinay have also been arrested.
